At the turn of 2018, I realised something amazing: I am not well.
Mentally or physically. I understand, feel and see this for the first time in my life, and have really decided to do something about it.
So this journey has begun. I will be exploring a whole host of techniques, treatments and lifestyles to see what works for me. Covering both the diagnosis and treatment parts. It is so important to understand the issues, to the very heart, so that I can maintain my own health going forward. I am not looking for a short term fix. It needs to last.
There are no goals, other than to be healthy and happy, in whatever form this takes.
Here I will write and share my experiences, from a personal perspective.
